1. 證券收付處交易作業、客戶銀行服務申請及行政事務處理。
2. 提供客戶銀行相關服務，維護並深耕分行客戶往來關係，提升客戶滿意度。
3. 金融商品跨售：發掘客戶需求，提供適合客戶之商品跨售。
4. 支援分行存匯相關業務。
