About the Role

Vertosoft is looking for a hands-on Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for technical and specialized positions across Sales, IT, Operations, and Contracts. You will recruit across experience levels, partnering with hiring managers to find and engage qualified candidates and create a clear, responsive, and positive hiring process.

What You’ll Do

· Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and accepted offer.

· Recruit for technical and specialized positions across Sales, IT, Operations, and Contracts, at varying experience levels.

· Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, sourcing approaches, interview plans, and hiring timelines.

· Source candidates through professional networks, referrals, job boards, direct outreach, and other effective channels.

· Screen candidates, assess alignment with job requirements, and share clear recommendations with hiring teams.

· Coordinate interviews, maintain timely candidate communication, gather feedback, and support offer discussions and closing.

· Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system and report on search progress.

· Represent Vertosoft at career fairs, campus events, and other recruiting activities several times per year.

What We’re Looking For

· Two to five years of professional recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting.

· Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles across functional areas such as Sales, IT, Operations, and Contracts. Direct IT recruiting experience is not required.

· Ability to source and engage candidates for specialized or senior-level openings when needed.

· Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing several searches at the same time.

· Experience using an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools to organize candidates and track hiring activity.

· Strong written and verbal communication, organization, follow-through, and candidate care.

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.

· Experience with career fairs, campus recruiting, or other talent outreach is a plus.

Location & Travel

This role follows a hybrid work arrangement based at Vertosoft’s Leesburg, Virginia office, with periodic in-person collaboration and recruiting activities. Travel a few times per year is required for career fairs, campus events, and related recruiting activities.

Compensation & Benefits

· Competitive base salary with bonus potential

· Compensation Range based on Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000–$100,000

· Total on-target earnings (OTE) include base salary plus target bonus and/or commission, as applicable to the position.
