Medical Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clinical and administrative tasks to support patient care and ensure the smooth operation of the medical facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Take and record patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant information.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the flow of patients in the office.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services and procedures.
• Administer medications and perform basic laboratory tests as directed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in the management of medical supplies and inventory.
• Participate in patient education and support initiatives.
• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
