Quality Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Quality System Engineer who will be responsible for ensure, sustain, improve, and coordinate the XPEL Quality Management System and Environment Management System under the direction of the Quality Assurance Director.

 

Core Duties

 

• Implement, Sustain, Improve and Coordinate the Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015) and Environment Management System (ISO 14001:2015).
• Lead, and assist with conducting Internal and External Quality Management System Audits, identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions.
• Implement, Sustain, Improve and Coordinate PPAP’s.
• Implement, Sustain, Improve and Coordinate APQP.
• Coordinate the Control of all quality department related records and documentation.
• Select reliable and valid KPI’s and coordinate supervising and analyzing activities.
• Participate and Lead in continuous improvement projects.
• Practice safe work habits, including complying with all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
• Preferred experience in polymer science, roll-to-roll coating, laminating, extrusion or converting of films, coated materials or other flexible substrates Ability to work independently, and work in a fast-paced environment with strict time constraints.
• A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Location: China - Yancheng
