Support M&A deals and commercial agreements at a growing US law firm. 3+ years of corporate law experience required.
$3,500-4,500/month | Full-time | Available until 3pm ET
Weinstein + Klein is a New Jersey law firm founded seven years ago that has grown quickly ever since. We have around 12 attorneys and a small support team, and we’re open to working with talented remote professionals who bring the right mix of skill and curiosity. We're focused on improving how we work and building a team that values efficiency, collaboration and a genuine commitment to client service.
We handle transactional work for clients who need clear guidance through M&A deals and commercial agreements. The work is varied, the clients are engaged, and the team is supportive. If you're looking for a place where your expertise matters and where you'll have room to develop your practice without unnecessary bureaucracy, you'll likely enjoy what we're building here.
We’re looking for an M&A Attorney to join our small, close-knit corporate team. Your time will be split roughly 50/50 between M&A and commercial work. On the M&A side, you’ll support our corporate attorneys on buy-side and sell-side transactions. On the commercial side, you’ll review, draft and negotiate operating agreements, partnership agreements, MSAs, NDAs, vendor and IP agreements, and handle the quick “is this OK to sign?” reviews clients send in. When the team is tied up on a big deal, you may be the one keeping incoming contracts moving. As you build trust, you’ll work directly with clients and own more of that process. You’ll work closely with our partners, attorneys and paralegal on Microsoft Teams throughout the day. This is a fast-paced practice and not an entry-level role. We need someone with at least three years of corporate law experience who can get up to speed quickly. You’ll need to be available during US Eastern Time business hours until at least 3pm ET.
