Pay Transparency

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is zł229.600 - zł377.200 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Job Description

The IMD Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end operational management, governance, reporting, data integrity, and execution of Innovation and Market Development Fund (IMD) activities across multiple markets. The role serves as the operational backbone of the IMD organization, ensuring disciplined execution, strong controls, accurate financial reporting, and efficient management of IMD-funded initiatives. The position enables Finance Business Partners to focus on strategic planning, investment prioritization, business partnering, and value creation activities.

Key Responsibilities

IMD Portfolio Management:

• Manage the operational execution of the IMD portfolio across multiple markets.
• Track IMD commitments, approvals, spend, collections, carry-over balances, and P&L impacts.
• Coordinate IMD activities across business functions, finance teams, and market stakeholders.
• Ensure timely execution of approved initiatives and adherence to governance requirements.

IMD-VAS Operations:

• Own operational processes supporting IMD-funded Value Added Services (VAS) initiatives.
• Coordinate activities from approval through billing, usage tracking, margin calculation, and revenue recognition.
• Support billing setup, product usage calculations, and post-close adjustments.
• Ensure accurate execution of VAS-related financial processes and reporting.

Systems, Data & Financial Administration:

• Maintain IMD data across finance systems, including GPC, and related platforms.
• Manage actuals, forecasts, cost plans, and system data integrity.
• Administer forecasting uploads and system maintenance activities.
• Resolve data quality, access, and system-related issues. 

Reporting & Analytics:

• Produce regular IMD management reporting and dashboards.
• Track portfolio performance, spend utilization, collections, and budget execution.
• Support quarterly forecasts, outlooks, month-end close activities, and reporting packs.
• Provide stakeholders with transparent visibility into IMD performance and funding utilization.

Reconciliation & Controls:

• Perform reconciliation of financial and operational data across systems.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support accurate revenue, margin, and cost reporting.
• Maintain a robust control environment and a single source of truth for IMD data.

Governance & Compliance:

• Manage IMD approval workflows and documentation requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready records and supporting evidence.
• Ensure compliance with IMD policies, governance standards, and approval frameworks.
• Support audits, reviews, and stakeholder inquiries.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence:

• Standardize IMD processes across markets.
• Drive automation, simplification, and efficiency initiatives.
• Improve transparency, consistency, and scalability of IMD operations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and strengthen operational controls.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in finance operations, FP&A, financial control or investment portfolio management, including at least 3 years leading complex processes or cross-functional initiatives across multiple markets.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, forecasting, reconciliations, month-end close and internal controls, with the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready records.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems skills, with experience maintaining data integrity and developing management reporting; familiarity with reporting, visualization and automation tools preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage approval workflows, resolve complex operational issues and improve processes in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate Finance, Commercial, Product and Accounting teams.
• Experience in payments, financial services or a multinational organization preferred; familiarity with investment funding programmes, VAS economics and revenue recognition is an advantage.
