💼 The Role

Join Royal Canin during an exciting period of transformation as part of a major business programme focused on new technology, streamlined processes and enhanced data capabilities. Working within the European Key Accounts team, you'll support a diverse portfolio of customers across 28 European markets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you'll manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accurate processing, clear communication and excellent service levels.

You'll work closely with customers, factories, supply chain, finance and other stakeholders to support the end-to-end order-to-cash process, while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence across the supply chain. This role offers valuable exposure to pan-European operations, complex customer dynamics and cross-functional collaboration.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working in a customer service role within a supply chain, logistics, or order management environment is essential.

• Experience using ERP systems, either Dynamics 365 and/or SAP experience

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve operational issues effectively.

• Good understanding of logistics, order management and end-to-end business processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams.

• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

• Comfortable working with data and using insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within the ERP system, including support for new customer onboarding.

• Build strong relationships with customers, factories, finance and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash delivery.

• Support the wider Customer Service team in managing daily operational activities and customer requirements.

• Participate in daily operational reviews with Customer Service and Logistics teams to proactively manage priorities and resolve issues.

• Help identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across customer service and the wider supply chain.
