Description
We’re looking for talented growth marketers who are obsessed with social media, internet culture, and figuring out what makes content spread.
This is a high-agency role. You’ll have a lot of freedom to experiment, move quickly, and build systems from scratch.
If you demonstrate exceptional ability, we’ll also consider part-time roles.
What you’ll do
- Create, test, and iterate on new video formats and trends
- Experiment aggressively with new approaches to organic social growth
- Use AI to develop content and build systems for mass distribution
- Track what’s working, understand why, and scale it
Required
- Experience running Instagram, TikTok, or other social media accounts
- A track record of creating viral content that has generated significant views or followers
- High agency. You can take an ambiguous goal, figure out what needs to happen, and execute without needing constant direction
- Strong understanding of viral content, internet culture, and social media trends
- Strong work ethic and willingness to move quickly
Preferred
- Experience with vibecoding
- Experience with AI video or image generation tools
- Experience building and managing systems
- Experience in music marketing
