Intern, JAPAC Indirect Sourcing

Edwards JAPAC Indirect Sourcing team supports procurement activities across Japan, Greater China, and the Asia Pacific, driving sourcing excellence, supplier management, and procurement operations to ensure efficient and compliant purchasing processes.

This Intern, JAPAC Indirect Sourcing role supports the Edwards JAPAC Indirect Sourcing team by assisting with day-to-day procurement operations, including data entry, purchase requisition reviews, new supplier onboarding requests, documentation validation, and maintenance of accurate procurement records. The candidate will help ensure procurement data and requests comply with Edwards policies and procedures while gaining practical exposure to sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations within a global organization.

How you will make an impact:

• Support procurement operations through data entry, purchase requisition review, new supplier onboarding requests, and supporting documentation validation
• Validate procurement data and ensure requests comply with Edwards policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate procurement records, databases, and documentation to support efficient procurement operations

What you'll need (Required):

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
