Wealth Management Internship

Your role

We are looking for a Wealth Management Intern to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting the Paris office.

Core responsibilities include:

Client and Portfolio Reporting

• Support with preparing monthly and quarterly consolidated reports for client portfolios, including performance and asset allocation.
• Help in the collection, validation, and consolidation of data from custodians, fund administrators, life insurance platforms, and internal systems.
• Assist the team with reviewing reconciliation breaks and liaising with custodian banks and administrators to help resolve discrepancies.

Family Office Support and Client Services

• Support the team with portfolio monitoring and ad hoc data analysis.
• Assist with coordinating the exchange of timely and accurate information with custodian banks, life insurance companies, fund administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Provide support with subscription and redemption requests, including documentation checks and communications with relevant parties.
• Collaborate with the team in maintaining and updating client profiles and KYC, AML, and suitability documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Help the coordination of communications between clients and relevant parties, including banks, fund managers, and insurance providers, and help organize related documentation.

Who we are looking for

• Outstanding academic background with a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in a fintech/technology-based environment or multi-family office, private bank, asset manager, or fund administrator is a plus
• Experience with portfolio management or fund accounting systems is a plus
• Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in exploring new technologies
• Knowledge of financial instruments and investment operations acquired through academic studies
• Tools specific to wealth management reporting are considered a plus
• Familiarity with data automation tools (VBA, Power BI, or Python) is considered a plus
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly motivated and proactive, with a hands-on attitude
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator with a collaborative and multicultural mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Available for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027
• Location: Paris
