- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI).
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to optimize data models and queries for enhanced performance within business intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and working with diverse data sources to support comprehensive reporting.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to business intelligence solutions.
