Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Condominium High Rise in Winthrop MA

Thursday and Friday 12 AM - 8 AM

Starting Pay is $18.38 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. You will communicate clearly, report observations, and support a welcoming environment while reflecting Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions to site management or Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete required incident reports, daily activity logs, and other site documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
