- Work closely with engineering to understand technical constraints, dependencies and tradeoffs, so product decisions are grounded in what the system can support.
- Assess every initiative through a technical lens: which APIs and services are involved, where data lives, which integrations are affected, and whether the architecture can support it at scale.
- Write detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from with minimal ambiguity, including API contracts, data flows and edge cases.
- Work with the UX Design team to shape the user experience of product features.
- Track competitor capabilities and platform shifts across Android, Apple, Windows and Linux ecosystems, and translate them into roadmap decisions.
- Partner with Sales, Support and Marketing on positioning, product collateral, sales tools and enablement, explaining complex capabilities in clear, value focused language.
- Support key customer engagements and large sales opportunities, including product demonstrations when needed.
- Act as a product and technical expert in executive briefings, customer sessions, trade shows and conferences.
What You Will Bring:
- At least 4 years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
- A strong technical foundation, with the ability to understand APIs, data and system architecture well enough to assess technical implications and write precise requirements.
- Prior experience as a software developer, engineer, solutions architect or similar hands on role is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integration patterns.
- Solid understanding of security fundamentals such as authentication, certificates, encryption and identity (SSO, SAML, OAuth).

- Proven track record of launching and scaling innovative, enterprise grade products.
- Strong understanding of agile development and the software delivery life cycle.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence technical and nontechnical audiences across levels.
- Strong prioritization, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field; graduate degree is a plus.
