As an Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll help shape what’s next for one of our much-loved brands: Original Source, Childs Farm or Cussons. You’ll turn brand strategy into marketing that gets noticed, supporting growth plans, integrated campaigns and shopper activity that strengthen the brand and drive market share growth. Working within a close-knit brand team and alongside our wider marketing function, you’ll bring together consumer insight, commercial thinking and creativity to turn ideas into action. It’s an opportunity to make a real impact on how your brand grows, evolves and connects with consumers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

• Shape and deliver key parts of the brand's 12-month growth plan, helping strengthen brand equity and grow market share. 

• Bring integrated campaigns to life across channels, creating consistent experiences that build consumer engagement and support sales growth. 

• Develop brand communications, in-store execution and shopper plans that make the brand visible, distinctive and memorable. 

• Turn brand performance, market data and consumer insight into clear recommendations that keep plans relevant and competitive. 

Build understanding of the brand P&L, monthly M&C reporting and KPIs so decisions are grounded in commercial performance. 

Protect the brand's positioning and standards while briefing agencies and supporting digital platforms and the customer care journey. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

• Experience in marketing, brand management or a similar role, with involvement in campaigns from planning through to delivery. 

• Confidence using market research, consumer insight and performance data to spot opportunities and shape action. 

• Strong project management and organisation, with the ability to keep several priorities moving without losing attention to detail. 

• Clear written and verbal communication, plus experience working with agencies or external partners. 

Creative problem-solving and the confidence to champion new ideas, challenge convention and work through ambiguity. 

Commercial awareness, including financial literacy, and familiarity with marketing tools and digital channels.
