Agent Builder (CW)

Our client is seeking an experienced Agent Builder to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents, chatbots, and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to build intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes and enhance user experiences across multiple systems and integrations.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Build and configure conversational AI agents and chatbots using low-code/no-code platforms (Bubble, Webflow, OutSystems, Mendix) and AI agent builders (Voiceflow, Botpress, Microsoft Power Virtual Agents)
• Design agent conversation flows, decision trees, logic pathways, and trigger-based automations that respond to business events and eliminate manual tasks
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, CRM systems, webhooks, and third-party applications using workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n)
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through stakeholder collaboration; perform requirements analysis and process mapping
• Conduct comprehensive testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and monitor agent performance metrics to optimize functionality and user engagement
• Implement prompt engineering and LLM integration to enhance agent capabilities; maintain version control and update agents with new features
• Create user documentation, knowledge base articles, and provide training to team members on deployed agents and automation workflows
• Apply Agile methodologies, data analysis, and critical thinking to solve complex business automation challenges

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in low-code/no-code development, workflow automation, conversational AI, or related technical fields
• Proven expertise with low-code/no-code platforms (Bubble, Webflow, OutSystems, or Mendix) and AI agent/chatbot builders (Voiceflow, Botpress, or Microsoft Power Virtual Agents)
• Strong hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or n8n) and API integrations/webhooks
• Solid understanding of natural language processing concepts, conversation design, and user experience principles
• Demonstrated ability in requirements analysis, documentation, process mapping, and workflow optimization
• Proficiency in data analysis, Agile methodologies, and communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into automated technical solutions
