Quantitative Trading Team Lead
Onsite in HK or Singapore
Highly competitive base salary + PnL split
My client are a family office founded over 20 years ago. They’re looking for Senior Quant Traders to build and lead new teams focusing on Crypto.
Requirements
– Experience at a Tier 1 Quant Firm.
– Leadership experience.
– Have managed at least $5M in AUM, they’re open to flex this if you have experience with high return, low capacity HFT strategies.
– They are strategy agnostic, HFT, MFT, LFT, Directional, Market Neutral, including Onchain strategies.
They have a very smooth interview process (only 2 stages) and will compensate heavily for the right people.
