Billing Coordinator

L2TMedia is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you’ll support the full billing and revenue cycle, including client onboarding, contract processing, invoicing, payment posting, reconciliations, and collections support. You’ll work closely with internal teams to help ensure contracts and billing information are accurate and processed efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in billing, accounting, and finance within a fast-paced digital marketing company.

What You’ll Do

• Process new sales requests, budget changes, cancellations, and other contract updates.
• Help onboard new clients into L2TMedia’s workflow and billing systems.
• Review contracts and billing arrangements for accuracy and alignment with company guidelines.
• Generate customer invoices in QuickBooks accurately and on time.
• Reconcile revenue between QuickBooks and the contracting system.
• Post customer payments and maintain accurate billing and payment records.
• Support OEM and direct billing based on actual spend and budgets.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and other items needed from clients or internal teams.
• Assist with monthly reporting for the management team.
• Support accurate and timely OEM enrollment communication.
• Work with Sales, Client Success, and other internal teams on billing and contracting processes.
• Help identify opportunities to improve billing and workflow processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 0–1 year of experience, making this a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, payment posting, reconciliations, or accounts payable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial information.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines.
• Collaborative, dependable, and customer-focused mindset

Compensation: The compensation range for this full-time position is $50,000 - $55,000, based on experience and location of where the job is performed.
