  • Diagnose automation problems and support troubleshooting in high-intensity manufacturing environments
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and technical updates to stakeholders throughout the engagement
  • Manage engineering project deliverables to agreed schedule, scope, and client expectations
  • Coordinate site construction, installation, and start-up support for integrated control systems
  • Validate and commission facility systems using established execution protocols
  • Support successful system turnover to customers through clear documentation, testing, and technical communication

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of direct controls engineering experience with automated processes or system integration in food, beverage, consumer health product, or other industrial manufacturing environments
  • Experience creating and designing automation control systems, including PLC and SCADA systems
  • Working knowledge of industrial control panel design and fabrication, instrumentation and controls, and engineering documentation such as P&IDs and process flow diagrams
  • Experience with field instrumentation, control system installation, and configuration
  • Ability to travel for project requirements, including installation and start-up activities, client and company meetings, trainings, seminars, forums, and conventions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical engineering, or a similar technical field
  • Familiarity with machine safety applications, electrical power distribution, and control panel design
  • Experience generating reports and conducting group presentations for technical audiences

Compensation (note: Include when required by applicable pay transparency laws) $115k-$130k. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
