Associate – Launch Program, Investor Services

Location(s): Mississauga, ON | Toronto, ON

Status: Full Time Permanent

The role begins with a three-week structured in person training program designed to provide a strong foundation for success in the role.

What You Will Get To Do:

• Handling investor onboarding and fund driven capital activity.
• Ensure that applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements are adhered to.
• Communicate with investment managers and their investors via email and telephone correspondence.
• Generate, validate and distribute investor reporting in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain accurate and compliant investor records in accordance with investor and investment manager instructions.
• Prepare and execute investor payments and wire transfers.
• Collaborate in process enhancement initiatives.
• Comply with department policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by department management.

What You Will Bring:

• Knowledge of investor services and/or financial services.
• Undergraduate degree in Bcom, BBA, Economics or Accounting is required
• Graduate within the past 12 months
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Office 365.

• Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage them to improve productivity, analyze information, and enhance workflows

• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC procedures is a plus.
• Clear and effective communication skills are essential to success in this position.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client service mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to multiple demands and priorities.
• Coverage on US and/or Canadian holidays may be necessary.
• Overtime may be required from time to time.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 CAD
