Job Description Manage your own portfolio of audit clients across various industries Plan, execute and complete statutory audits under ISAs and IFRS, from risk assessment and materiality through fieldwork to completion Complete audits on your own and deliver files ready for partner review with minimal supervision Review the draft financial statements against the audit file before they reach the partner Supervise, coach and review the work of junior staff Act as the first point of contact for clients and resolve issues before they reach the partner Plan your own timetable and meet deadlines across your portfolio Work directly with the partner on key judgements and client matters Your Profile 3 to 6 years in external audit ACCA/ACA qualified or in the final papers Solid working knowledge of IFRS and ISAs CaseWare proficiency is a must Excellent Excel and Word skills Proven ability to complete audits on your own, from planning to completion Experience supervising and reviewing junior staff Very organised and diligent, and accountable for the quality of your files Dedicated, motivated and keen to help a growing firm succeed Fluent Greek and English, written and spoken Benefits 13th salary Bonus based on performance, quality of work, personal output and firm results Hybrid working environment (2 days WFH per week) Flexible working hours Friday afternoon off Direct, daily work with the partner A varied portfolio across a range of industries A direct path to manager and beyond as the office and client base grow Support for your continuing professional development
