The Challenge to Solve

We're at the start of an exciting new chapter for Slice in Kosovo. With a new Inside Sales team taking shape in Prishtina, there's a real opportunity to build something special from day one.

But first, we need to get people talking about Slice. We're looking for someone who can bring our story to life, get creative about how we connect with local talent and help us build a team people are genuinely excited to join.

The Role

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead recruitment for our growing Inside Sales team, while supporting other hiring needs as the business evolves.

You'll own the hiring process from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers to find great people and create a brilliant candidate experience.

You'll also help put Slice on the map in Kosovo. From social media and employer branding campaigns to recruitment events, open days and local partnerships, you'll bring creative ideas and the energy to make them happen.

Key focus areas include:

• Own end-to-end recruitment, primarily for Inside Sales, alongside other business hiring needs.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver against hiring plans.

• Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking and creative outreach.

• Grow Slice's employer brand in Kosovo through social media, content and recruitment campaigns.

• Organise recruitment events, open days and career fairs to connect with local talent.

• Build relationships with universities, local communities and professional networks.

• Deliver a warm, engaging candidate experience from first contact through to offer.

• Use recruitment data and market insights to improve our hiring approach.

• Work with the wider TA team to share ideas and continuously improve how we recruit.

The Team

You'll join our Global Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition.

We're a collaborative, data-driven team that cares about delivering great hiring outcomes and candidate experiences. You'll have the support of an established global team, with plenty of room to bring your own ideas and shape how we attract talent in Kosovo.

The Winning Recipe

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, ideally in high-volume or commercial hiring.

• Confidence managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing through to offer.

• Good knowledge of the Kosovo talent market and how to reach local candidates.

• A creative approach to employer branding, social media and candidate attraction.

• Experience organising recruitment events, campaigns or local talent initiatives.

• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.

• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

• Comfortable using recruitment data and an ATS to manage hiring activity.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• A hands-on, collaborative approach and enthusiasm for trying new things.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting Inside Sales or contact centre teams.

• Existing relationships with universities or talent communities in Kosovo.

• Experience with Greenhouse or recruitment marketing tools.

• Experience working in a global business.
