Relief Account Sales Rep

Northern Bottling Company is seeking a Relief Account Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our sales team by providing coverage and support across multiple routes and customer accounts. You will ensure consistent customer service, product availability and merchandising execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide relief coverage for Account Sales Representatives
• Maintain product availability and proper inventory levels on shelves, coolers, displays and backroom storage areas
• Merchandise products according to company standards, promotional programs, and retailer requirements
• Work closely with the 'Account Team' and Sales Management to resolve pricing issues, minimize product damage (PQI), and ensure seamless execution at the store level.
• Provide valuable input into the development of company marketing, brand, and packaging strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Strong persuasive communication, diplomatic negotiation, and high-level analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, and maintain a high attention to detail.
• Professional appearance, high integrity, and a 'customer-first' mindset.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs and pull loads (on carts) weighing up to 220 lbs.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle record
• Willingness to be on call for customer assistance; occasional weekend work may be required.
