In this hands-on role, you will partner with the General Manager and department leaders to oversee operations across Front Office, Housekeeping/Laundry, Food & Beverage, Spa, Information Technology, and Safety & Security while driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance.
This exempt leadership role requires discretion, independent judgment, and regular direction of at least two full-time associates or their equivalents.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily hotel operations across departments, ensuring high standards for service, facilities, and guest touchpoints.
- Plan and delegate priorities based on business volume, staffing needs, service goals, and departmental objectives.
- Oversee staffing, training, budgeting, cash handling, inventory, reporting, and other key administrative processes.
- Partner with leadership and HR to support revenue goals, profitability, team engagement, and a service-driven culture.
- Conduct walk-throughs, quality checks, and guest follow-up to resolve concerns and strengthen satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety and security programs, company policies, and incident documentation.
- Represent the company with professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and accountability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-service hotel operations management experience with large-team leadership and a strong guest-service focus.
- Hilton brand experience and bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
- Current safe food handling and responsible alcoholic beverage service certifications.
- Experience with budgets, financial goals, hotel systems, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible for nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.
