Description
The Trinity Design Group is seeking a motivated Welding Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for repairing, fabricating, and modifying automotive returnable packaging, shipping racks, and steel structures while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on steel racks and returnable packaging.
- Repair damaged automotive shipping racks and containers.
- Cut, fit, grind, and assemble steel components.
- Read and follow work instructions and repair specifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous welding experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment.
- Basic measuring and fabrication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Pay based on experience.
