Brand Ambassador Mission
The Brand Ambassador’s mission is to showcase our products in the retail store environments. The ideal candidate will engage customers, explain product benefits, provide samples or demonstrations, and encourage sales through energetic and knowledgeable representation.

Requirements
Essential Functions
- Set up and tear down demonstration stations in-store.
- Engage with customers to demonstrate and explain product features and benefits.
- Provide samples and encourage product trials.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and visually appealing demonstration area.
- Track and report customer feedback and sales metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and safety regulations.
Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.
Education, Knowledge and Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or currently be enrolled in High School
- Prior experience in retail, customer services, or promotion is a plus
- To provide superior customer service, have a general knowledge of all products and menus
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and connect with shoppers.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Physical and Other Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk, bend, squat, reach overhead and side-to-side, and stand for an extended period of time
- As dictated by business and need, may be asked to work extended hours and varying work schedule
