Position Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Officer to ensure that our operations comply with local regulatory requirements and international standards. This role is critical to the integrity of our operations and will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders.TasksResearch and consider all existing and new regulatory requirements that impact the businessOversee and support the regulatory compliance program, reviewing, writing, and implementing new policies & procedures as required.Advising the senior management team on all Compliance & Risk obligations and requirements, ensuring they are kept up to speed with all new and upcoming regulatory changes.Provide input into the firm’s policy framework and work with stakeholders to identify gaps in existing policies and proceduresCollaborate with the team and offer subject matter expertise to enhance the overall client experiencePrepare and present compliance and risk management reports to senior management and stakeholdersMaintain comprehensive records of risk assessments, compliance audits, and corrective actionsContinuously monitor and improve risk management and compliance processesImplement best practices to strengthen the organization’s overall risk positionRequirementsMinimum 3 years in a compliance role within fintech, payments, or financial services sectors.Excellent understanding of UK financial regulations and experience drafting compliance policies.Past experience in communicating directly with financial regulators and/or obtaining financial licenses is a significant advantage.Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., ICA, ACAMS) are highly desirable.Fluent in EnglishBachelors degree or higher in Law, Finance, or Business.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.Confident, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.BenefitsCompetitive compensationFinancial stability;Individual career path;Paid vacation;High energy, international and innovative team;Annual assessments;Corporate and social events.
