Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician in Chicago, Illinois.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Internal Medicine role focused on adult primary care, chronic disease management, and preventative medicine
• Structured clinical environment with established workflows and protected administrative time
• Team-based care model supporting efficient patient management and continuity of care

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $195,000 – $225,000

SCHEDULE
• Consistent weekday outpatient schedule
• Built-in administrative time
• Phone-only evening call coverage from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

ROLE
• Deliver adult outpatient Internal Medicine services within community-focused healthcare setting
• Manage chronic diseases, preventative care, and ongoing primary care treatment plans
• Maintain patient continuity and long-term care relationships
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care delivery
• Utilize Athena EMR for documentation and workflow management
• Support mission-driven patient-centered healthcare initiatives

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine REQUIRED
• Strong chronic disease management and preventative care experience preferred
• Passion for continuity-based community healthcare REQUIRED
• Comfortable practicing within collaborative care environment REQUIRED
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
