• Job Title: Physical Therapist
• Location: Evansville & Barrett
• Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position offers a diverse work experience across multiple healthcare settings, including Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), Outpatient, and Home Health care.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
