- Document interactions and progress while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Promote a culture of wellness, self-care, and resilience among peers.
- Advocate for policies and practices that support recovery-oriented care.
Summary:
Qualifications:
- Certified Peer Support Specialist credential.
- Strong mentoring and addiction counseling skills.
- Proficiency in EHR systems for documentation and tracking.
- Experience in crisis intervention and management.
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques.
- Background in behavioral health and mental health counseling.
