Job Summary

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Lead at our Production Facility, the Continuous Improvement Co-op will play a key role in supporting and accelerating various continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing plant performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data for plant studies and daily performance monitoring
• Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to drive improvement projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Support and lead improvement initiatives within the plant
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to the senior leadership team

Key Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a B.Tech Engineering or related post-secondary program
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and departments
• Comfortable working both on the production floor and in an office environment
• Must adhere to safety requirements (safety shoes and protective equipment.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to tasks and challenges
