• Support in preparing investment proposals for internal decision-making, as well as developing independent investment thesis and buy-and-build strategies for future investment opportunities.

• Preparation of internal and external presentation materials and support with the analysis contained within them.

• Independent development of simple operational models and financial analysis models to assess the impact of a financial sponsor on a company’s operational success.

• Conducting market analysis of selected sectors to identify future market developments and potential add-on opportunities.

• Research, development and evaluation of megatrends and underlying dynamics in the technology sector.

• Preparation and analysis of financial statements, including margin analysis of potential investment opportunities and portfolio companies.

• Preparation for and participation in calls with external advisors and industry experts.
