Description
As a Branch Member Service Associate you will deliver exceptional customer service in our branches while successfully promoting and selling NASA FCU products and services. You must possess proven customer service skills; strong verbal communication; and above all, a desire to help others. The Branch Member Service Associate position is a tiered position with formal training modules – YOU control your career advancement as you learn and execute new skills. In addition to a solid compensation package, there is also a generous benefits opportunity. This role will require travel to other locations on an as needed basis. You must have reliable transportation. Must have current or previous banking experience. Experience opening new personal accounts and processing consumer loans.

Salary: Position is overtime eligible.Branch MSA II: $23 - $24.50Branch MSA III: $26 - $27.50Work Schedule: All MSAs are scheduled to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month including MSAs assigned to branches without Saturday hours. The typical work week is approximately 40 hours. MSAs must be available between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am and 6:30 pm Friday and 8:30 am and 1:30 pm on Saturday.
