Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with gate‑level to full‑chip design, layout, and performance optimization of memory circuits.
• Complete circuit simulations using industry‑standard tools such as SPICE and Verilog; debug and analyze results.
• Design and develop schematic blocks including memory arrays, control logic, address decoder, data paths, and internal test logic.
• Interpret device specifications and translate them into die‑level circuit functionality across operating ranges.
• Engage with Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality.
• Collaborate with Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering teams to guarantee manufacturability.
• Parasitic modeling and assisting in design validation, reticle experiments and required tape-out revisions.
• Overseeing and managing the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
• Find opportunities to drive innovative concepts that deliver competitive advantages.
• Close coverage measures to identify verification holes and to show progress towards tape-out.
• You thoroughly understand design specs and develop verification plans for various designs.
• Demonstrate openness to leveraging AI‑based tools and automation to improve design efficiency, accelerate analysis, and explore innovative solutions across the design and verification workflow.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering with 3-4 years of experience with semiconductor industry.
• Foundational knowledge of CMOS design and memory applications.
• Solid base in circuit design and simulation setup, analysis, and debug.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to peers and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with mixed-signal circuit design and optimization.
• Experience with memory circuit design and performance optimization.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
