AniPlan Coordinator

Job purpose/overview:  

• Drive the business of health care plans: manage AniPlan as a paid subscription service for AniCura’s customers (Pets and Owners)
• Support Clinics realizing the AniPlan potential and creating a smooth customer journey

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinic support (phone and mail)
• Customer support (mail)
• Admin work related to payments, subscription etc.
• System support when needed (in collaboration with Group IT and AniPlan coordinator Norway)
• Ensure a smooth experience for both customers and clinics in relation to AniPlan
• Collaboration with marketing team on AniPlan marketing initiatives
• Training of clinic staff
