Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Azure Specialist) to design, implement, and continuously improve secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure. This role is hands-on and leadership-oriented, focused on embedding security across the entire DevOps lifecycle while ensuring high availability, compliance, and operational excellence in enterprise and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture

Design, deploy, and manage secure and scalable Microsoft Azure cloud architectures.

Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

Manage Azure networking, IAM, and access controls following Zero Trust and least-privilege principles.

Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and high availability.
DevSecOps & Automation

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Embed shift-left security practices including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and container security.

Secure and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Implement secure secrets management using Azure Key Vault or similar tools.
Governance, Compliance & Monitoring

Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and PDPL standards.

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security architecture reviews.

Improve release cycles and automate incident response and remediation processes.
Experience & Qualifications
-
7–10+ years of overall experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.

4–5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
-
Proven experience working in enterprise DevSecOps environments.

Strong exposure to regulated and security-sensitive systems.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect / Azure Security Engineer
