We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney to join our expanding practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong transactional experience and a refined understanding of business law, with the ability to manage complex legal matters across a broad spectrum of industries. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and operational matters.
• Advise clients on entity formation, structuring, and reorganization.
• Support transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
• Work with clients in the healthcare sector on regulatory and business matters.
• Assist with employment-related documentation and compliance issues.
• Engage in real estate transactions, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
