Plymouth Heart Center, a member of Tufts Medicine Integrated Network, is seeking an exceptional colleague to join our busy Primary Care/Cardiology practice in Plymouth, MA as an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner. New grads will be considered and are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

The Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner will have the support of both experienced and knowledgeable colleagues that foster a team approach. Join a well-respected primary care/cardiology group devoted to delivering high quality care efficiently to patients.  How you’ll transform patient care:

Who you are:   

• Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.  

• Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  

• Current certification in CPR is required.  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team. 

• A patient-centered approach with a focus on high-quality care and patient satisfaction. 

• You have a passion for primary care. 

• You are a team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of disciplines to deliver outstanding patient satisfaction
