Technician, Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Assist the IQC Engineer in the qualification of new IQC tools. Provide support for IQC calibration and preventive maintenance, including raising purchase requisitions to equipment vendors. Address issues related to IQC equipment to ensure flawless operations. Develop and detail IQC procedures and establish operation and PM systems. Establish and uphold SAP QM, eCOA, and IQC SPC for incoming materials. Conduct First Article Inspection activities for new materials. Conduct incoming material inspections for quality control, encompassing a range of materials such as HBM materials. Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or a related field. Able to work on 12 hours shift (including night shift) Proven experience in quality control within an engineering environment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Excellent documentation and procedural development skills. Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams. Ambitious and diligent approach to uphold high standards of material quality. Ability to determine and successfully implement quality control protocols. Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence applications is a plus
