POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead Provider opportunity within an established private practice
• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services
• Manage 2-3 operatories with dedicated support staff
• Perform approximately 8-10 procedures daily
• Leadership autonomy with opportunity to influence practice growth
• Patient-focused environment emphasizing quality care and outcomes
COMPENSATION

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Thursday Schedule
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Four-Day Work Week
• No Weekends
• No Call Requirements
• No Major Holidays
ROLE
• Perform comprehensive restorative and preventive dentistry
• Lead day-to-day clinical operations
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients
• Manage multiple operatories efficiently
• Collaborate with hygienists and support staff
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care and outcomes

Requirements
• DDS Or DMD Degree REQUIRED
• Active Florida Dental License REQUIRED Or Ability To Obtain
• Minimum One Year Of Clinical Experience REQUIRED

• Strong Leadership And Communication Skills REQUIRED
• Commitment To Patient-Centered Care REQUIRED
• Experience With Dentrix Preferred
