Compensation: €4,000 - €4,300 / month
Description
The cluster revenue manager is responsible for driving revenues by predicting consumer demand, optimising inventory and pricing on the right distribution platforms, aiming to achieve the highest returns in net contribution. You’ll work with a dynamic portfolio of properties, gaining hands-on experience in managing and mastering new markets. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, pricing, rate types, and restrictions through the revenue management system to optimise profitability.
- Develop accurate budgeting / forecasting models, and monitor performance against topline targets and distribution costs.
- Analyse data across all revenue streams (hotels, F&B), prepare insightful reports, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to maximise revenue across all segments, with a focus on direct business growth.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of commercial analysis supporting all key revenue decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Hotels, Sales, Groups) and external partners (OTAs, local business partners) to drive proactive revenue strategies.
- Optimise market segmentation and implement targeted strategies based on market trends and performance data.
- Prepare commercial insights and reports for inclusion in management presentations and strategic discussions.
Qualifications / skills
- Enjoys working with data
- Excellent with Google Sheets/Excel/Power BI
- Experience with Revenue Management Systems
- Marriott system experience is beneficial but not essential
- Analytical thinking
- Confident and persuasive communication skills
- Language: fluent English. Any additional language is a pre
- Bachelor level
Location / hours
- Leiden Support Office. Hybrid working is possible, on average two days in the office per week. Not fully remote. This is a full-time role.
