- Observe, document, and communicate children's development and progress as required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

- Prepare, organize, and maintain classroom materials, learning centers, and activity spaces.
- Ensure classroom routines and transitions are implemented effectively and consistently.

- Experience working in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood setting.

- Demonstrated ability to keep classroom spaces organized, clean, and orderly before, during, and after activities.
- Willingness to actively engage in and support all classroom activities.

- Associate degree, CDA, or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience with STEAM, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Waldorf, or nature-based educational approaches.
- Experience documenting child development and supporting curriculum implementation.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Interest in gardening, nature, dance, yoga, or outdoor education.
- Motivation to contribute positively to a collaborative teaching team with compassion and enthusiasm.
