## Requirements
**What We're Looking For**
Essential Requirements:
\- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice;
\- Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials;
\- Proven track record on complex, cross-border transactions;
\- Commercial acumen and ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented advice;
\- English fluency (written and verbal) essential.
Highly Valued:
\- Experience in Middle East markets or willingness to relocate to the UAE;
\- Arabic language skills (written and verbal);
\- Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution;
\- Common law qualification (UK, Australian, New Zealand, or U.S.) or admission to the bar in the UAE.
