Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Huntington Park, California.

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
• No nights
• No weekends
• No call responsibilities
• Approximately 20–24 patients daily
• Outpatient Women’s Health and Primary Care setting

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient women’s health services and preventative care
• Conduct patient assessments, treatment planning, education, and follow-up care
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions within a collaborative care environment
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostics, and continuity of care services
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality compliance standards

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Hourly compensation: $72–$87/hour based on experience

Requirements

• Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant REQUIRED
• Active California NP or PA license REQUIRED
• Active and unrestricted DEA REQUIRED
• Master of Science degree REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year of post-training NP or PA experience REQUIRED
• Outpatient Women’s Health or Primary Care experience strongly preferred
• Compassionate, patient-centered clinical approach REQUIRED
