Job Description

Join Micron as a Shift Nurse and apply your nursing expertise to safeguard employee health and workplace safety.In this role, you will be involved in corporate health management and occupational safety and health initiatives, provide frontline nursing care, and gain hands-on experience in occupational health and factory-based practice.

Responsibilities:

1.Execute employee health management activities in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements 2.Plan and carry out annual health examinations and follow-up health management 3.Plan and promote health promotion programs 4.Execute Return to Work and Fitness for Work assessments 5.Support four major occupational health programs, including: Ergonomics; Workload Management; Maternal Health Protection; Workplace Violence Prevention 6.Assist with coordination and onsite support for physician onsite services 7.Provide first aid, emergency treatment, and health consultations 8.Follow up on employee injury and illness cases 9.Conduct workplace health inspections and health risk assessments

Qualifications

1.Associate degree or above in Nursing or a related field 2.At least two (2) years of hospital clinical nursing experience, with occupational health or factory nursing experience 3.Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Taiwan 3.Willingness to work rotating shifts, including day/night shifts and weekends 4.Completion of the required 52-hour Occupational Health Nursing Training
