As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer to build intelligent internal systems, automation workflows, and AI-powered solutions that drive business efficiency across multiple departments.

The Role

This is a highly autonomous position where you'll work directly with operational and business stakeholders, transforming ideas into production-ready solutions at speed.

You'll own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered internal tools using Cursor and modern automation platforms

• Design and deploy AI agents that automate operational workflows

• Develop full-stack applications using Node.js and React

• Integrate OpenAI APIs, third-party services, and internal platforms

• Deliver rapid iterations and production releases

• Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance existing systems

• Work directly with business users to solve operational challenges

Required Experience

• Expert-level use of Cursor or AI-assisted development tools

• Strong experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms

• OpenAI APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents

• Node.js and React development

• PostgreSQL or relational databases

• REST APIs and system integrations

• AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Strong software architecture and security awareness

Desirable Skills

• HubSpot API integrations

• MongoDB

• Browser automation tools such as Playwright

• Chrome Extension development

• Experience building internal business systems or operational tooling
