Requirements

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and routine maintenance.
• Assist experienced technicians with vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Learn how to diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, and braking systems.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer technology.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Continuously develop your skills through hands-on training and manufacturer certification programs.

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Desire to learn and advance in the automotive industry.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or automotive experience preferred.
• Automotive technical school training is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to excellence.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
