## Tasks
- Development and implementation of firmware for embedded systems to meet the requirements of the **industrial** and **automotive** sectors
- Development of **software architecture** in coordination with other departments
- Independent **technical leadership** of development projects, taking into account time, costs, and quality
- Organization and execution of reviews, as well as approval of new software releases
- **Technical guidance** and development of software team members
- Active introduction of new methods and process improvements
- Close collaboration with the Head of Software
## Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, telematics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc.
- Several years of experience in firmware development for complex mechatronic systems
- Experience in implementing safety-critical software in industrial and/or automotive environments (ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
- Experience with AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong solution-oriented approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, systematically, and with a high degree of personal responsibility
