## Your challenge

**Your Mission – Digital Sales Focus**

As a **Digital Sales Intern for the Baltic markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)**, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the region:

• **Engage with customers** – communicate in a Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian), prepare offers, follow up on leads
• **Support the sales funnel** – from first contact to successful deal closing
• **Leverage AI tools** – work with our sales automation systems to make processes faster and smarter
• **Boost customer happiness** – ensure buyers and sellers feel supported every step of the way

## Your profile

• Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally near graduation
• Available for a minimum of 6 months in Hamburg
• **Language Skills:** Native-level fluency in **Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian** required; **Russian is a strong plus**
• Solid English skills for internal communication
• Strong communicator, motivated by reaching goals and helping customers succeed
• Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility from day one
