Key Responsibilities：
• Work closely with sales and product management to well understand customer needs, convert cus‐tomer needs to product specs, take lead in sample design, building, testing and customer side tracking till approval. 与销售、产品管理团队紧密合作，理解客户需求，将客户需求转换成产品和样机需求，牵头样机设计、打样、测试及客户测试跟踪，直到批准。 • Respond promptly to customer feedback，visit customers as needed to meet customers and solve problems. 及时响应客户反馈，按需拜访客户，帮助客户解决应用问题。 • Takes ownership of checking drawings and BOM (Bills of Material) for NMR(New Model Release) and ECR (Engineering Change Request) for products. 负责产品新型号的发布以及工程变更的审核。 • Leads MCO (Material Cost Out) projects and provides technical support to MCO led by other function dept. 领导MCO(降本项目), 对其他部门牵头的降本项目提供技术支持。 • Works with man‐ufacturing team on pilot run, takes ownership of solving technical problems, performing returned motor failure analysis and solutions as needed. 参与制造团队小批试生产，负责解决技术问题，电机故障分析和提供解决方案。   • Other duties as assigned by manager. 完成分配的其它工作。
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS：
• At least 5 years of experience in motor design and related product application. 至少5年以上电机/风机设计和类似产品工作经验。 • Have strong skills in electromagnetic design or mechanical design. 具备较强的电磁设计或者机械设计能力。 • Good skill in AutoCAD and Solidworks on 3D modeling and 2D drawing. 熟练掌握 AutoCAD 和 Solidworks 软件，能够进行三维建模和二维出图。 • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Automation, electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 本科或以上学历，自动化、电气或机械相关专业。 • Good team work and communication skills 良好的团队精神和沟通能力。 • Proactive, result driven, with a sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure. 积极主动, 结果导向, 有紧迫感, 抗压能力强。 • Good written and basic oral communication skills in English 良好的英语说/写能力。
