Job Description & Summary: A career within FPI

Responsibilities:

Independently handle all aspects of engagements Handle multiple team verticals Analyse complex technical issues and offer solutions Independently build relationships at middle to senior client management Expand opportunities within existing clients, identify and act on referrals in relation to the service line Independently handle tax assessments and represent before tax officials Front end discussions and make presentations before client on technical matters End to end management of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness Assist Partner/Director proactively on business development/new mandate Assist Partner/Director in thought leadership initiatives to provide innovative solutions Overseeing the work of Managers Coaching/ developing team members Work on joint projects with other teams

Mandatory skill sets:

● To be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of relevant experience ● To have a thorough technical knowledge of Tax, SEBI regulations, FEMA regulations ● To demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills ● To have excellent presentation and report writing skills ● Be strong in Team handling and Client handling skills ● Have the necessary soft skills to demonstrate confidence and sophistication in interacting with senior level client personnel ● Other pre-requisite skills include: - Demonstrating innovative and critical thinking in managing projects - Passion for client servicing - Ability to multi-task and have full control of engagements - Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Ability to independently manage engagement economics - Strong interpersonal and networking skills - Efficiency in presentation and report writing skills - Being motivated, creative and decisive in approach to problem solving - Ability to manage and coach teams showing effective delegation of tasks - Communicate with Impact & Empathy - Demonstrate Courage & Integrity Be Open Minded, Practical & Agile with Change

Preferred skill sets:

● Through knowledge of Tax laws, SEBI regulations, Double Tax Avoidance Agreements, FEMA regulations, Company Law and other laws relating to FS space ● Awareness regarding all developments from tax and regulatory standpoint in FS space is expected Aware of commercial aspects of transactions in FS space
